Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates can be purchased in the salon. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover.  Personal check or cash.
We will include our business card for your convenience.

Retail Product Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction on any of our Salon Professional Hair or Skin Care Products. If not satisfied bring them back for an exchange.

Service Guarantee
We guarantee any of our professional services when stylist recommended professional products are used for at home maintenance. 

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment.  You Will Be charged the Full Price of the service you were scheduled for if not cancelled.  We do not tolerate “No call, No Show”.  Please be kind and cancel 24 hours prior.

Referral Program
We appreciate your business and your kind referral of friends and family. Please ask about our referral program.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Please notify the salon within 1 week of your appointment if you are at all dissatisfied.  This is to ensure prompt and professional handling of any issue.

Cell Phones
Our staff does Not take personal calls during appointments (unless it is an emergency).  The use of cell phones is strictly limited to provide a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests and to ensure you receive the utmost out of your consultation and services.

Our salon welcomes children, however, it is the parent's responsibility to watch their children and make sure they are not interfering with our guest's time, services and equipment. Again we like to provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests. We appreciate your cooperation.
